Nice quintessential place for filling your belly with the best hot Ramen noodles soup. Real Asian chefs in the house🏠. Great atmosphere & service. Menu translates into several languages. Definitely a plus. Thank You!
Excellent handmade noodles with tasty soup. One of the best Japanese noodle shop we ever have in Europe. Must try!
The best ramen i ever have !!! They make noodles themselves.Good quality ingredients.Nice atmosphere ,feel like being in Japan with japanese style decorations. The second floor has a big beautiful wood table . Booked a table before because they're always busy !!
Fantastic ramen one of the best in the region alongside Manzoku in Luxembourg, although much better value. Small space, always queues, get there early.
I drove to Metz from Strasbourg, looking forward to having authentic Japanese ramen, but unfortunately it was below my expectation as the broth was not enough rich and creamy like the ones I tasted in Japan. It could be okay for those who prefer light broth though. Personally I also don't like the texture of noodle(handmade?) which was quite firm and thin.
However, overall, the food was okay even though the portion was not enough.
Nevertheless, I will NEVER go there again as I was shocked when I saw the rising sun painting while paying my bill.
I don't know whether the owner is Japanese or French, but it doesn't matter. Putting the symbol of Japanese militarism and imperialism during WWII in the restaurant is really disgusting. I've never seen Nazi swastika in any restaurants in the world, it must be the same for rising sun.
The ramen was not that authentic but it was still okay. More than that, I was shocked they decorated the place with the rising sun flag which is related to Japan's wartime atrocities to the other countries. I can see some reviews about this, but they haven't removed it yet.
Nice Japanese decorations inside and great service from servers ! 👍
We had the Miso ramen and Katsuobushi ramen. It was good overall and but the soup is not my favorite style and noodles are a bit starchy. …
Hands down the best ramen in the region, i drive an hour without hesitation when i crave ramen,
Staff is friendly and the food simply delicious!!!
I highly recommend the japanese curry ramen and take it spicy while you're at it!
うまい!!!
